Job description
Job Summary
The Driver is responsible for delivering orders to our dispensaries and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Drive a delivery van to deliver product orders to clients.
- Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
- Interact with clients and vendors in a professional and positive manner.
- Support Packaging department in assembling products and packaging during downtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications - Previous experience in order/package delivery required.
- Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van.
- Must be able to apply for a Cannabis Production Agent Card.
- Must be able to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies associated with the industry.
Preferred Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial or work-related driving preferred.
Physical and Mental Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Able to stand up to 90% of the time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus.
