Job description

A Premier Massage & Day Spa is currently looking for a Guest Relations team member. Our Guest Relations team plays a key role in ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smooth. This role supports our technicians: making sure spaces are cleaned and ready for clients, as well as confirming upcoming appointments, greeting clients and assisting clients with scheduling over the phone and in person.
Part Time weekday open availability Tuesday-Friday Daytime availability and occasional weekends (1 a month)
YOUR AVERAGE WORK DAY WILL CONSIST OF:

• Answering the phone and assisting clients with scheduling and questions.
• Greeting clients and making them comfortable and welcome at the spa.
• Wash, Dry, Fold, Put Away, Repeat. Lots of loads of laundry
• Cleaning, Disinfecting and Resetting treatment spaces after every client and technician exits.
• Keeping the common areas and the entire spa clean, always stocked and client ready.
• Entering client intake forms into the system
• Continually assisting the entire team with their needs to reduce their stress.
• Open Availably is a must!!!

• $16 per hour
