Job description
We are currently seeking out a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team! If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the value proposition of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a definite plus.
