The Licensing Coordinator performs various functions as part of the general licensing department operation as directed by manager or supervisor. Maintains effective and ongoing communication with the field offices, management, state contacts and vendors.

• Direct and effective oral and verbal communication with field offices, management, state contacts and vendors
• Lead and complete projects as assigned by supervisor/manager
• Create licensing/certification tracking reports and maintain information in spreadsheets
• Monitor continuing education, licensing processes and licenses held
• New Hire/Termination Processing
• Research state requirements/update internal processes/documents accordingly
• Complete licensing audits (state/carrier/client requests)
• Assist with business entity license processes
• Answer calls/email inquiries

Required:

• High school diploma and 3 years related experience.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
