Job description

Growing engineering firm is looking for a talented Civil Engineer for their Grand Forks North Dakota office!

Responsibilities:

• Manage municipal clients/projects
  
• Develop design concepts
  
• Prepare reports estimates contract documents specifications
  
• Administer the public bidding process
  
• Assist with business development (attend industry functions client meetings and presentations)
  
• Communicate with clients and external contractors
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering
  
• 5 years municipal engineering experience
  
• PE License
  
• Knowledge of NDDOT or MnDOT requirements StateAid procedures and funding programs (USDA Rural Development and Public Facility Administration)
  
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation preferred
