Business Knowledge:

Qualified candidates will bring a track record of learning and applying creative technology solutions for business problems. Support of contact center environment or knowledge of contact center operations experience supporting a contact center using AWS Connect.

Technical Skills:

As a Software Engineer will:

• Apply full software development cycle including coding, testing, implementation, support, and sunset Leverage agile software development practices
• Embrace a product management mindset where the team is accountable for product from inception to sunset and achieving shared business outcomes
• Navigate a large organization and leveraging the structure to collaborate with others.

At least two years of experience supporting a contact center using AWS Connect including:

• JavaScript experience Previous work in developing voice and chat contact flows within AWS Connect integrating AWS Lex
• Lambda and Dynamo components as well as understanding AWS Connect functionality (routing profile/queue creation, reporting, user setup, etc.)
• Experience integrating API's into codebase
• Previous experience with AWS CloudWatch Infrastructure support (experience in Terraform & Scalr preferred)
• Support of contact center environment or knowledge of contact center operations
