Job description
Central Scheduler Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and optimize onsite schedules, especially in a high-volume setting
Effectively communicate with teams, clients and stakeholders
Accurately input and maintain scheduling information with a focus on precision
Resolve conflicts promptly and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination
Central Scheduler Requirements:
1 year of patient scheduling or patient coordination experience, with a strong background in high-volume inbound call center operations
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
Adaptability to fast-paced work environments, particularly in high-inbound call center settings
Proficiency in EPIC or other EMR software is a plus
