Job description
General Description:This position performs a variety of maintenance projects and preventative maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical and mechanical . This is an entry level position.Duties and Tasks:Perform a variety of maintenance projects and preventative maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry.Specific tasks may include the installation, repair, and maintenance of multiple building systems.Assist other trades, perform safety checks, emergency response, maintain and order supplies, as well as perform other duties as assigned.Special Assignment:May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
