This Sr Associate position plays a critical role in keeping all members of the Commercial Bank, Capital Markets HR Business Partner (HRBP) team informed of our partner strategies, annual calendar, and process elements for day-to-day activities the team manages. They will establish and maintain routines and meeting cadences for the team, along with sharing best practices from other HRBPs and partner teams, while assisting teammates on miscellaneous reporting and coordination to help the team run as effectively as possible.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to keep all informed, well-managed, and consistent in their processes
Data collection, analysis, reporting, and process improvements
Project or process coordination and activity monitoring / auditing
Improve people outcomes through process (e.g. performance & talent management)
Other miscellaneous - deck writing, communications, answering stakeholder questions regarding our processes or systems, etc.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or at least 1 year of experience in Process Management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification
2+ year of experience in Human Resources
1+ year of experience in Project or Process Management
