Our office is located in Las Colinas, Texas. This position will have the following consideration:
Hybrid: Works regularly both Onsite (currently 3+ days per week) and Remote.
Job Description:
The Associate Analyst / Analyst, Marketing shares responsibility for creating, producing and updating the firm's print and electronic marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with internal clients to understand business and product objectives, sets and manages expectations, develops effective solutions, resolves issues and attains consensus
- Develops and executes strategies and tactics to reach target audiences through appropriate channels while adhering to financial-industry standards, marketing/communication best practices, business and product objectives, Compliance requirements, and departmental processes and style
- Crafts compelling content in a variety of formats for internal clients, financial advisors and/or the public
- Collaborates with department colleagues to create, produce, update and distribute marketing collateral in print and electronic formats
- Assists with inbound and outbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in related areas (content development, optimization, advertising, etc.)
- Monitors and adapts relevant financial-industry standards and marketing/communication trends, methodologies and best practices to help improve the effectiveness of the firm's marketing collateral
- Facilitates internal client relationships
- Facilitates vendor relationships, as needed
- Tracks, measures and reports the success of assigned projects to internal clients and department colleagues
- Supports recurring projects, as assigned
- Supports special projects, as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications or Marketing
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as editing and proofreading skills
- General understanding of the financial services industry, mutual funds and the firm's products and services
- Working knowledge of the AP Stylebook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new software and applications, as needed
- Ability to work independently and in a timely manner while adeptly balancing multiple projects with demanding and changing priorities and deadlines
