- You are responsible for the establishment of the HR marketing presence in the US in close coordination with the global Employer Branding team
- You will research cooperation possibilities, define Key/target schools, and build a long-lasting relationship with them, always ensuring to meet our D&I targets
- You are the first point of contact for universities/colleges, professional associations, service providers and corporate communications for local HR marketing measures
- You are responsible for participation in career fairs and the corresponding career fair planning
- You will also develop creative in-house events to get our target groups excited about Freudenberg
- You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring social media company profiles and evaluation platforms (Glassdoor, indeed)
- You will build up network with HR colleagues from different Business Groups, coordinate with them and, you will ensure the exchange of information, and develop joint measures
- You will carry out order processing, including budget planning and invoice verification
- You organize special marketing events that are designed to build employer brand awareness
- You will be member of the global Employer Branding Community
Qualifications arrow_right
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar required
- 5+ years’ work experience in HR Marketing Recruiting and/or Employer Branding
- Experience in Event Management preferred.
- Ability to work independently, have a creative mind-set, and is solution oriented.
- Solid social Media knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel requirement is between 15-20%
