Job description
Austin Gastroenterology is looking for a Patient Service Representative specializing in Procedure Scheduling to join our medical office in Central Austin.
A Procedure Scheduler is responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling patients for various procedures, determining patient costs and collecting payments, obtaining and processing referrals and authorizations, performing data entry, and taking inbound phone calls.
We are looking for individuals with previous administrative experience in a medical environment. Our team is made up of individuals that work together to make sure each patient receives proper care and attention.
