NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology is hiring an energetic and self starting Master Aesthetician to join our premiere plastic surgery practice. 

NOVA Plastic Surgery and Dermatology is a premier Plastic Surgery and Medspa in OneLoudoun, Ashburn, VA. Our practice offers the entire range of Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medspa, and Skincare Services. We also operate our state of the art fully accredited Cosmetic Surgery Center. 

We were chosen by L'Oreal and SkinCeuticals to be the only Flagship store in Virginia. We won the Skinceuticals top flagship in the US award in 2020 and 2021. We maintain excellent patient satisfaction ratings as evidenced by our online reviews, internal routine surveys, and most importantly our patient loyalty. We are successful because we are  extremely client focused .

We are hiring a talented, energetic, eager to learn and self-starting Master Aesthetician. The candidate must have significant experience in wide range of aesthetic treatments, including focused cosmetic consultations, Facials, Chemical peels and very important very comfortable in product sales.

Job Duties: 

• Perform detailed cosmetic consultations
• Skillfully administer the various Skincare treatments. 
• Prescribe appropriate skin care regimens for each patient based on their unique needs. (Our providers are among the best-trained experts in the country on the use of Skinceuticals)
• Refer appropriate patients to our plastic surgeons for cosmetic surgery consultations.
• Work closely with the administrative team on optimizing schedule and procedures. 
• Must be flexible to work extended hours one day a week (7 or 8 pm)
• Be a team player and fill in for help when needed by other team members

Qualifications: 

• Master Aesthetician in the state of Virginia or basic Aesthetician if significant experience. 
• Love for skincare and providing superior client experience.
