This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced leader who enjoys building/maintaining complex, highly technical products and service. As a member of the Care Coordination team, you will help us adding value to the customers by delivering defect free solution.
Providing technical leadership, direction, and guidance for the existing team.Establishing and developing the team capacity needed to execute on strategy project.
Mentoring and developing junior engineers to senior levels.
Successfully leading a local team as part of a larger geographically distributed organization.
Delivering project on-time with the high quality.
Able to work on multiple technology and switch gears based on the business needs.Overseeing operational reviews and take appropriate actions to make the system available meeting the standards.
Get involved in the Sprint planning and ensure to meet the sprint commitment.
Working with leadership, senior engineers, program managers, and product managers to develop compelling products and services that meet customer needs.Providing constructive feedback to team members and other stakeholders.
Do the performance appraisal for the direct reports.Raising the bar for product quality and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
12+ years of experience in the software industry with 3+ years in Engineering Management leading agile teams on design, development, and delivery of highly scalable products.
Strong, demonstrable track record for hiring and retaining top-tier talent.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate a vision and get people invested in success.
Exposure to the process and nuances of operationalising and supporting products and services used by thousands of customers simultaneously. Ability to create, drive and evangelize cross-team processes and achieve org-wide impact.
5+ years of senior management experience with a solid track record of building and leading engineering teams
Experience with JavaScript (ReactJS preferred) and web technologies.
Experience developing RESTful services.
Familiarity with technologies and design concepts around Big Data Processing and Relational Databases such as: ETL, Hadoop Ecosystem, structured data, SQL schemas and queries etc.
Knowledge of DevOps technologies such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, etc.
Knowledge and experience with any Cloud platform such as OCI, AWS, Azure
Knowledge of software engineering standard processes across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with major cloud providers (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud)
Ability to interact directly with clients and a passion to help them succeed.

US: Hiring Range: from $112,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
