Heritage Woods of Mt. Vernon is seeking a Marketing & Sales Director to join our team!


Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Executive Director,determines the market position of the apartment community and defines themarketing strategy
• Develops leads, utilizing all appropriatemarketing and advertising methods
• Conducts consistent, aggressive follow-up of allleads and referral sources including but not limited to phone calls, letters,and personal visits
• Participates with Executive Director, andDirector of Nursing in completing resident pre-screening and move in process
• Develops and maintains various social media andmarketing materials which includes brochures, flyers and continual maintenanceof these marketing materials
• Coordinates, from time to time with directionfrom the Executive Director, a direct mail campaign print and radio advertisingand other paid advertising
• Conducts community tours for prospectiveresidents, families, and visitors
• Maintains documentation forms for leads,follow-up activities, sales efforts, and marketing; provides Executive Directorwith regular occupancy reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketingmanagement
• 3-5 years previous sales, marketing, orcommunity outreach required
• Previous experience in Assisted/SupportiveLiving preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and makedata-driven decisions
