Job description

The eCommerce Marketing Intern will support the eCommerce marketing team with the website replatforming project. This intern will gain experience in building out web pages, content entry, and assisting with QA testing. 

 

eCommerce Marketing Intern responsibilties:

• Support eCommerce team with website replatforming project.
• Contribute to monthly asset alt text needs for SEO optimization and accessibility focus. 
• Work closely with the team to perform quality checks on content to maintain high standards and consistency.
• Build article pages, make basic changes, and prep and organize Grand Opening header messages in Sitecore CMS.
• Assist with gathering SEO research for article topics and SEO copy block.
• Gather and place monthly Zmag links, with the team overseeing the review and publishing process.

 

PAWsome eCommerce Marketing Intern candidates will have:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field) or completed relevant degree preferred.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce best practices.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
• Enthusiastic about the online retail shopping experience.

 

Work Schedule

• Up to 4 days per week commitment.
• In-office presence required 3 days per week, one day per week working remotely. 
• Ideal schedule is remote work Monday, Tuesday-Thursday in office
• Estimated start in June 2024, or earlier and will last for 12 weeks.
