Job description

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team. The position is responsible for managing marine construction projects from start to finish. This individual must have experience with Bridge and Marine Construction.  Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule construction projects from inception to completion Manage the budget and P&L for all projects Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget Develop and update project plans, timelines, and milestones Coordinate with project teams to ensure goals are met Identify and address any potential risks or discrepancies in project plans Monitor progress of ongoing projects and provide necessary updates Communicate project updates to the client and stakeholders Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil marine construction project management  BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (PE certification preferred). Strong knowledge of marine construction, coastal restoration and grading, bridge construction and repair, and civil engineering Experience with budgeting and P&L management Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Adobe, and other related software Benefits ~ Competitive Wages: $120-160k ~ Paid Time Off ~ Paid Holidays ~ Health Insurance ~ Vision Insurance ~ Dental Insurance ~401(k) w/ Company Match ~ Profit Sharing Colorado employees will receive paid sick leave.
