Job Description
The duties of the Systems Administrator II position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform support for a range of critical systems including the OpenText Content Management system, UKG Kronos Workforce Central timekeeping system, Kronos TeleStaff scheduling system in Azure .
- Perform system administration and integration support role for cloud applications including Bonfire eProcurement system Adobe Sign, NeoGOV, Google Appsheet and LAX digital maps and the West Gates Interactive Kiosks.
- Perform SQL programming and create stored procedures in SAP database and perform backup role in supporting Workday and Kronos Workforce Central system integration. Requires work experience to calculate timekeeping data with Workforce Scheduling system and understanding payroll operations to perform Workday & Kronos integration.
- Perform business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint and other AI tools
- Provide primary support for LAX digital maps and other wayfinding projects
- Work with third party vendor to perform digital map enhancements and perform site survey across all the LAX terminals and facilities as needed.
- Maintain hardware & software maintenance contracts for all the systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues for all managed systems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT team members on various projects, including system upgrades, migrations and integrations.
- Document IT procedures, system configurations, and change management activities.
- Perform a full range of responsibilities including analyzing diverse problems and support new solutions for the organization.
