Job Title: Residential Life Coordinator
Department: Community Life
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Residential Life

Position Summary

The Residential Life Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Residential Life and Student Life offices and coordinating various programs and activities for students. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work collaboratively with other members of the Student Life team to ensure that activities and programs run smoothly and efficiently. The Residential Life Coordinator will
be an integral member of the Residential Life team and is expected to live on campus.

*The NEIA House Parent assists in developing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of the residential life program. They help create a supportive, family-like atmosphere and contribute to the development of the NEIA residential community.*

This role is integral to the residential experience at NEIA, requiring a dedicated and responsible approach to support the unique needs of boarding students.
