salary: $24 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, specifically in Accounts Payable and Financial Modules, is highly desirable.
• Handling calls for Accounts Payable and following up on payments.
• Reconciling credit card payments to backup and receipts.
• Processing wire and ACH payments.
• Coding and entering invoices, posting batches, check runs, mailing checks, filing, and posting pay data to the bank.
• Preparation of journal entries for approval and posting monthly journal entries.
• Bank reconciliation for all accounts.
• Reporting quarterly fixed assets to the company CPA firm.
• Routine account analysis.
• Filing monthly state tax reporting to two states online.
• Preparation and reporting of year-end 1099 to the company CPA firm.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
