Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual (US Citizen only) to fill the combined role of Webinar Moderator and
Social Media Manager focused on the process of exporting products from Morocco to the United States.
The successful candidate will be in charge of promoting the event through various social media channels
while also ensuring a seamless webinar experience.
This combined role requires an individual who can seamlessly switch between moderation responsibilities
and social media management tasks, contributing to the overall success of the event and its online
promotion.

Key Responsibili ti es:
• Introduce speakers, set the agenda, and provide an overview of the webinar's objec ti ves and
structure.
• Moderate discussions by guiding conversa ti ons, asking relevant ques ti ons, and ensuring essen ti al
aspects of expor ti ng from Morocco to the US are covered.
• Manage the Q&A segment, fielding and organizing par ti cipant inquiries for efficient and
informa ti ve responses from speakers.
• Monitor the webinar's chat or Q&A pla tf orms, engaging with par ti cipants, and relaying per ti nent
ques ti ons to speakers.
• Maintain an interac ti ve environment by encouraging audience par ti cipa ti on and engagement
throughout the session.
• Develop a social media strategy to promote the webinar across various platforms.
• Respond to inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Create engaging content related to the exporting process, building anticipation for the webinar.
• Presenting speeches about the company an its products.
• A t tending post-speech mee tin gs with company managers.


Qualifica ti ons :
• Excellent verbal and written communica ti on skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to convey informa ti on clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
• Exper ti se in modera ti ng webinars, ensuring smooth flow, and maintaining audience engagement.
• Capable of guiding discussions, asking relevant ques ti ons, and managing Q&A segments.
• Strong interac ti ve skills to encourage audience par ti cipa ti on during the webinar.
• Ability to adapt to changing situa ti ons and maintain composure in high -pressure scenarios.
• Flexibility to adjust webinar modera ti on style based on audience dynamics.
• Familiarity with webinar pla tf orms and related technical tools.
• Comfortable troubleshoo ti ng minor technical issues during the webinar.
