SAP SuccessFactors Consultant- HR
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid)
Contract: 10 months
Job Requirements:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors implementation Program
Work with the Program Management team and other members of the Project Organization
Technical Experience:
- 10+ years of implementing SAP HCM
- 7+ years of implementing SAP SucessFactors (Cloud based SaaS)
- Experience in modules including but not limited to: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management System, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation, Variable Payment, Succession & Development, Reporting.
- Experience in HR business processes
- Prior delivery lead or program management experience working in complex global environments
- Experience working in matrixed organization
- Abililty to navigate complex organizational structures
- Hands on configuration experience in both on prem and cloud environments
- Experience working on technical aspects of the program including but not limited to data migration, complex interfaces and architecture
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior members of the organization including steering committee members and sponsors
Unique Skills:
Non-SAP skills required include: MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Productivity tools including Word, PowerPoint etc.
