We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team to be an integral part of the team. This is a dynamic position that will see a project from submitting the proposal all the way through the completion of the job.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record estimating and managing projects in the construction industry (Wood Framing Preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret bid documents, construction plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in estimating materials, equipment, and general conditions.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
Responsibilities and Expectations\:
- Works independently to complete assigned project estimates within established deadlines and priority.
- Communicate with GC’s and Suppliers to clarify project documents and specifications.
- Generate material takeoffs using Planswift Takeoff Software
- Track Budgets via ProCore (including approving invoices for assigned projects)
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Assisting the field with clarifications, change orders and materials
- Work with Customers Office and Field Staff to ensure the success of Mandere on the project.
- Solve any issues and delays on the project in a timely manner
