HR Generalist Contract Athens TX
At least 5 years of experience but 510 years preferred.
100% onsite
6 months. duration with possible extension Contract/Temporary only
Work schedule:
They could choose either 7:30 am to 4 pm or 8 am 4:30 pm Tuesday Thursday and
Friday but they do need to work
2 pm to 10:30 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.
No travel required
Face to face interviews possible 2nd round
Job Responsibilities:
I m looking for someone with extensive employee s relations and investigations
experience and preferably with a degree in Human Resources or related field.
Employees relations/Investigations Engagement Attendance Assisting Leadership
Team with Disciplinary Action Process other Generalist duties as assigned by HR
Business Partner. In this opportunity you will be in a fresh and energized culture
supporting nonunion employees at our Distribution Center in Athens TX.
Position Summary
The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team
on
supporting the HR processes including employee relations attendance engagement
and recruiting
This role will support a Distribution Center in Athens TX supporting the employee
experience is a critical piece of the role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide employee relations support to leadership team and answer HR related
questions
Ensure consistency in disciplinary action process and documentation
Immediately escalate and conduct all employee relations investigations
Drive engagement and incentive programs to improve overall employee experience
Bachelor's degree at least 2 years of relevant HR experience especially in employee
relations/investigations; 35 years preferred
Supplychain manufacturing or distribution/warehouse experience Passion for
employee relations and engagement.
