Job description
Responsibilities:
- Handle billing for the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and approve invoices before they are sent to clients
- Handle Payroll for the company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and approve payroll and process through ADP Workforce Now.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on any outstanding payments
- Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts
- Prepare financial reports related to billing activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in billing regulations
Experience:
- Experience with Quickbooks for Billing and ADP Workforce Now for Payroll
- Proven experience in billing or a related field with Quickbooks.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and procedures
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry
- Understanding of debits, credits, and financial concepts
- Experience with tax calculations and reporting
- Knowledge of payroll systems ADP Workforce Now.
