Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: REMOTE or ATL, GA
Salary: $80k-$100k base + benefits

What You Will Be Doing

- Create dashboards for Leadership and Internal teams, combine data from varying sources for comprehensive analyses.
- Update, refine Customer cohort curves, Payback curves, Transaction value, purchase frequency history.
- Perform data exploration on user behavior for testing opportunities.
- Develop predictive modeling with statistical tools and methods.
- Integrate demand planning with OPS processes, develop shipment forecasts by SKU post-demand planning tool development.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Finance, Consumer Experience, other members of leadership team.
- Design and analyze experiments for important product decisions.
- Lead R&D of new methods/predictive modeling strategies and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to shape our BI infrastructure (Data Warehousing, reporting, analytics platforms.)
- Provide general IT support, ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting of data-related systems and tools, foster smooth workflow for entire analytics and business intelligence units.

What You Need for this Position

- BS degree in a quantitative field or 5+ years professional/equivalent experience.
- Experience with big data, related data analytics, R, SPSS, Python, MATLAB, or similar statistics tools.
- Database experience, expert level in SQL coding across commercial databases (Oracle, Teradata, MySQL, etc.)
- Commercial and emerging reporting tools/technologies, developing dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Cognos, D3, Looker).
- Web-scale databases, Hadoop, or NoSQL technologies.
- Analytical methodologies such as regression, classification, prediction, machine learning, neural networks.
- Consulting experience.
- Knowledge of core finance and business processes: revenue drivers, customer cohorts etc.
- Prior e-commerce, retail, or CPG experience is preferred.
