Job description

We are currently seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team as Cosmetology Instructors. As a Cosmetology Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students, guiding them towards success in their careers. Your passion for the beauty industry and dedication to education will inspire and motivate our students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive cosmetology education, covering topics such as hair styling, cutting, coloring, makeup application, skincare, and nail care.
Develop engaging lesson plans that meet industry standards and resonate with students.
Demonstrate and supervise hands-on techniques in both classroom and salon settings.
Provide personalized support to students, addressing their individual needs and challenges.
Evaluate student performance through practical exams, written assignments, and other assessment methods.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and grades.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student success and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in professional development activities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the cosmetology industry.
Valid cosmetology license and Instructor license in the state of operation.
Proficiency in hair, makeup, skincare, and nail care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse student populations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing curriculum needs.
Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
Computer literacy.
Hours and Availability: Day and Evening Positions, with partial work-from-home/remote options.
