Alphanumeric is hiring a PROJECT MANAGER to work first shift in Cambridge, MA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

This role will report into the director, business excellence and will support the project management team .

Key Responsibilities:

Support Senior Project Managers with tracking of project progress, updating project plans and contacting owners of actions - reaching out to stakeholders and able to handle communication with them in a professional manner

Key Skills/Education/Experience:

• Proficient in using Smartsheet and/or Microsoft project to build project and update plans
• Capable of working with cross functional team members to capture status of actions and influence adherence to plan
• Facilitate meeting with team to develop project plans, actions, owners and development of timeline under the direction of Sr. PM.
• Understands GMP environment and has worked in Biopharmaceutical setting in areas such as engineering, manufacturing, quality, or Operational excellence.
• At least 2 year experience in Project management.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with interacting with multiple levels of organization, multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
