Individual will be responsible for the management of a deck of programs inclusive of the following tasks:

Development and maintenance of material Estimates at Completion (EACs) for major production and developmental programs including Booker and SHORAD.

Monthly performance tracking and variance reporting/explanations to budget.

Maintain material budgets to include scope changes.

Forecast monthly material sales which will include all material dollars, progress payments, performance based payments and liquidations.

Provide weekly sales performance tracking and variance explanations to forecast.

Develop and maintain routine and special project material cost data as required.

Track supplier progress payment activity; update and maintain variance files.

Work with Supply Chain to identify business events impacting material sales and adjust forecasts/EACs accordingly.

Position Requirements::

Bachelors degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred.

5-7 years experience required.

Successful candidate will be self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking.

Experience in developing material Estimates at Completion and preparing material forecasts preferred.

Working knowledge/understanding of vendor progress payments, performance based payments and liquidations a plus.

Working knowledge/understanding of Material Cost Performance Report (MCPR) database a plus.

Knowledge of Supply Chain operations preferred.

System skills: Oracle, Microsoft Excel/Word, PowerPoint. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookup) preferred.

Casual overtime required.

Travel may be required on an exception basis.
