EtectRx, a pioneering company in the healthcare technology industry, is seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager to join our team. At EtectRx, we are dedicated to improving patient outcomes through our cutting-edge wireless event marker technology and medication adherence platform, eBurst. Our team is driven by a shared mission to optimize medication management and empower individuals to take control of their health.
As a Project Manager at EtectRx, you will play a crucial role in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including the product development team, engineering team, and external vendors, to ensure effective project planning, execution, and delivery. Your excellent leadership skills, strong project management methodologies, and ability to navigate complex projects will contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, scope, and resources
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project budget, expenses, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- PMP certification is a plus
