This Position:

This position is responsible for invoicing and collecting the revenue associated with the sale of Lindt product, ensuring that cash inflow is maintained on a timely and consistent basis as well as managing risk through the credit process in such a way to assist with the overall profitability of Lindt. This position requires flexibility to business needs and is also responsible for supporting Deduction Accountant and Staff Accountant functions.

This is hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all incoming accounts receivable payments via Lockbox, Ach, Wire or Desktop Deposits for accuracy in a third-party application
• Manually process any “exception” payments directly into the ERP AR module and post daily cash receipts there
• Create deductions appropriately and partner with the Deduction Accountant and Trade Staff to ensure relevant information is transmitted
• Utilize vendor portal where necessary to monitor payment status of invoices
• Ensure all invoices for assigned customers are distributed in a timely fashion
• Work with internal departments and customers to resolve invoices and unapplied cash
• Responsible for the Administrative functions of Lindt's Document Management system
• Maintain up to date resale certificate database of all customers
• Support all internal accountants
• Compile reports for both internal and external customers
• Assist in research, reporting and year-end audit support
• Perform EOM closing duties as assigned and in support of a timely close for LUSA - including appropriately utilizing the Task Manager and Balancer systems

Qualifications:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• 1-3 years of prior accounting and/or data entry experience
• Preferably experience in a corporate environment.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of JD Edwards or SAP a plus

Education & Certifications:

Required

• AA in Accounting

Preferred

• BS in Accounting or related field

Compensation

Range: $48,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

Lindt USA's salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. Compensation

Range: $48,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
