Position Summary:

We are searching for a Post-Doc to work under the Extension Evaluation Specialist in the Office of Learning and Organizational Development. The Post-Doc will assist in the research and evaluation projects for Extension. This will include:

- Development of new common measures common measures for Extension Evaluation- Identify rigorous methods for documenting the economic impact of Extension programming- Statistical analysis of program data, which may include Structural Equation Modeling, HLM and other methods. This may require the integration of multiple data sets for analysis.- Assist in the development of training programs for field faculty on evaluation methods- Participate in grant applications which support the mission of Cooperative Extension- Create original scholarly work, including journal articles, Extension publications, and others, sharing the impact of Cooperative Extension- Present evaluation findings to internal and external stakeholders, including at conferences, production meetings, internal leadership meetings and others- Expert in SPSS, R and/or SAS statistical programs

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position:

Doctorate or Dissertation accepted by their committee

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies :

Knowledge of evaluation, statistical analysis, economic impact and community based research.. Preferred knowledge of Extension.
