Hiring a Desktop Engineer for one of our reputed clients in Abu Dhabi .
Job Title : Desktop Engineer
Job location : Al Ain
Education : BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of Imaging tools, network security (VPN) and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions (English and preferably Arabic)
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
