Job description

San Antonio Voice And ENT Institute, PLLC in San Antonio, TX is looking for one part-time medical assistant to join our team. We are located on 8500 Village Dr. Suite 103. Our ideal candidate should be polite attentive, punctual, reliable and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize of exam rooms
• Complete basic routine medical history and procedures
• Prepare patient charts
• Answer phone calls in a professional and polite manner.
• Schedule appointments and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical field
• Familiarity working with medical equipment
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
• Certifications and licenses that apply
• Prefer Bilingual and Fluent in speaking Spanish.
