Additional Information:
- Candidate MUST have at least 10 years of total IT experience*
- Candidate MUST be local to Maryland.
- Candidate MUST have any government experience.
The primary Tasks:
- Production support of current PeopleSoft applications: HCM 9.2, ELM 9.2, FSCM 9.2, Portal
- Peoplesoft application administration for all environments: Development, Test, Production, Production Support, and Training.
- Customization (enhancements) development starting from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, through production migration and support.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot bug fixes, defects, configuration issues.
- Provide knowledge and recommendations on PeopleSoft technical issues.
- Works with Functional Analysts in design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance of Peoplesoft customizations.
- Code and unit tests PeopleSoft customizations.
- Migrate projects/objects from development to test.
- Prepare production migration requests with all supporting information for move to production environment.
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the AOC.
- Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
- Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
- Experience with the following:
- PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.
- PeopleSoft selective adoption process.
- Expert level knowledge of the following:
- SDLC methodology and processes.
- SQL.
- Oracle 19C databases.
- REST-based webservers.
- App Designer.
- SQR.
- AWE.
- PeopleCode.
- Ability to provide expert customer service.
Desirable Skills:
- Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.
- Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.
