Job description

Join our team as a Workday Data Senior Principal Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll be at the forefront of solving intricate Workday intersystem challenges, guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of their Workday journey.

What You'll Do:

Serve as a Workday product connoisseur, leading design, configuration, testing, and implementation efforts.
Advocate and reinforce our policies and procedures, setting an example for others.
Navigate and decide on the tactical direction of project workstreams, recognizing dependencies and fostering synergy among them.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the work of consultants within your projects, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.
Craft and implement data tracking and monitoring tools, developing reports that provide clear, actionable insights.
Strategize to identify risks and options, recommending solutions and mitigations to align with client goals.
Facilitate and steer cross-functional discussions for executing Workday tenant builds, employing your technical savvy to map data sources and navigate the data conversion process.
Engage with clients throughout all project phases, ensuring a seamless transition to Workday solutions and advocating for best practices in data management and validation.
Embrace leadership roles in projects, mentoring peers and contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture within our organization.
Who You Are:

A holder of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a certification in Workday (Student or Financials preferred).
Experienced with 4+ years in Workday functional implementation and a background in Human Resources, Payroll, Student, or Financial software (5 years required).
Skilled in data conversion, mining, and loading, with a solid functional understanding of HR, Payroll, Student, or Financials Management sectors.
A proactive learner and mentor, eager to share knowledge and engage in ongoing professional development.
