Description:
Lead the Quality function in partnership with our Engineering team overseeing inspections, training, and investigations in a Manufacturing setting
Audit manufacturing processes and coach team members on adherence to procedures
Utilize ERP systems to track materials and maintain inventory control
Develop deep knowledge of production equipment and its impact on quality
Work as a leader for the Production Team helping inspect packages, put together on pallets, utilize forklifts and maintain Quality Control for clients
Perform Quality Control checks, utilize precise measuring tools, provide accurate documentation of processes
Skills:

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is preferred
Related industrial or manufacturing background or similar experience
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills to maintain control of the inventory in question
Energetic, can-do approach when faced with new challenges
Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people to maintain and enforce quality standards
