Job description

Position Summary:

Our Payroll Tax and Fringe Benefits subgroup has an opportunity for an attorney with at least three years of experience to join the firm and support our national employee benefits practice. The right candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, a passion for advising clients on employment tax issues, and will add their enthusiasm to our affable, team-oriented environment. This position will support shareholders located across Ogletree’s offices and can sit in Morristown, Dallas, Portland, OR, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Tucson, Houston or other locations if deemed appropriate.
