Job description
- Join a group of 4 physicians and 2 APPs with 2 office locations in West Phoenix
- 1/2 day in office and 1/2 day at hospital or SNF and one weekend per month
- 4 day work week w/ day off in middle of the week: 8:00am - 6:00pm

- Salary based on experience plus bonus based on number of patient encounters
