Job Overview

Join Intuit’s Consumer Group (CG) as a Product Manager, helping create the simplest, fastest, personalized tax filing experience for Credit Karma members. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for customers and innovation to join our team and revolutionize how people manage their money.

Every year CG helps over 50M Americans with their taxes or finances. While we are the market leader in tax preparation, we have a broader aspiration to help people make progress toward attaining financial freedom and prosperity. We are uniquely positioned to do this by growing our joint customers across Intuit and Credit Karma, leveraging our unique customer experiences, capabilities, and network of experts.

In this role, you will be creating and delivering products that create TurboTax growth from the Credit Karma App by leveraging our unique capabilities across both businesses.

Qualifications

2+ years in Product Management building world-class, disruptive products, ideally in personal finance or fintech space

Passion for deeply understanding customer problems and leveraging insights to deliver product features that delight customers and drive business growth

Track record of leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple teams and stakeholders including product, design, marketing, engineering, and beyond

Deeply curious and data-driven. Develops and defends strong points of view with data, analytics, and the voice of the customer

Demonstrated ability to define a roadmap for customer features

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Undergraduate degree required, or equivalent experience with a concentration in product management, fintech, or other applicable disciplines

Responsibilities

Define and deliver product experiences across Intuit and Credit Karma that delight customers and drive accelerated growth

Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product managers, design, research and analytics to design, build, and launch features that deliver value to our customers

Develop deep customer empathy, evaluate competitive landscape, define customer problems/benefits, and drive data-backed opportunity sizings based on customer impact and strategic relevance

Ensure our backlog reflects our highest priority features for customers

Bring our customer features to life through excellence in execution (grooming backlog, story writing, leading standup calls with partners, completing user acceptance testing)

Use analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive experimentation and roadmap prioritization decisions

Actively analyze products’ business performance and use metrics to make informed decisions

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $142,500 - 193,000, Southern California $134,000 - 181,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
