Job Description:
Records Coordinator I
Responsible for converting paper-based study documents into digital records
Scan, store and organize electronic documents into electronic folders
Quality check all scans to ensure they match the original documents
Create electronic folder structures (& templates) as needed
Files are Clinical Trials and may look different and have multiple parts;
Must be able to use a scanner, be able to QC work, have experience with MC Office and MS Teams, must have good communication skills
Must be able to work independently, be curious and conscientious and understand the criticality of these documents
Ideally someone with experience handling sensitive records (Medical, Clinical, Legal)
