Job description

BlueSun Inc. is currently recruiting for three temporary full-time workers to join the Oregon State University Facilities Team in Corvallis, OR

The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (in the summer months there may be an opportunity to adjust the schedule to an earlier schedule)

Duties:

• Installing flooring (carpet, LVP, VCT tiles).
• Drywall/Plaster (repair and/or install, mudding, taping).
• General carpentry work (work on screen, windows, doors, repairing furniture).
• Tile (install/repair).
• Paint (apply, patch/repair, texture with machine).

Individuals should meet the following requirements:

• General knowledge and use of power tools (sanders, drills, saws).
• Ability to stand, walk, and work while bending down and stooping for extended periods.
• Ability to work in an environment containing dust, odor, high levels of noise.
• Ability to work on ladders, scaffolds, and other above ground locations such as on a roof.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other pre-employment screening.
