Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI Designer or similar role
- At least 3 years experience in user experience designer
- Product design experience of successfully launched To B products
- Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software
- Strong ability to translate user requirements into product design
- Good time-management skills,Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability
- Bachelor or Master degree in Design/Art or relevant field

Role overview
- Join a newly set up digital products team TalentOrg（ ）.Responsible for the UI design
- Lead consumer product strategy and translate user needs/insights into product design planning and implementation
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Responsible for reviewing and constantly updating user experience and interface across different digital touch points
