Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a People Analytics Consultant in Lexington, MA with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Analytics or related field or foreign academic equivalent plus 2 years of related experience. Required skills: Analyze HR data and dataflow to implement a new HR analytics platform using Python and data governance knowledge; perform data science techniques such as Organizational Network Analysis and Natural Language Processing Analysis to improve employee experience; deploy and build data lake and data pipeline to improve data management efficiency through leveraging data management skills and collaborating with IT/HR partners; create data visualization and utilize predictive analytics to support leadership decision making using Python and statistics expertise. Up to 25% travel required.
