Customer Care Temporary

This position is responsible for providing information about the Company’s products and resources to customers and sales team members placing inquiries via phone, e-mail, or other communication channels.

Customer Care Temporary Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 to $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Sunday from 10:30am to 07:00pm)

• Tuesday & Wednesdays OFF
• Monday,Thursday, & Friday: 11:30AM-8PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 10:30AM-7PM
• Respond to requests and inquiries received via phone, e-mail, chat, text or fax;
• Providing accurate information regarding pricing and availability, order tracking information, cross reference look ups, and product solutions.

Customer Care Temporary Qualifications:

• Outstanding listening, comprehension and oral/written communication 
• Intermediate personal computer skills 
• Strong 10-key and keyboarding skills
• High school diploma or equivalent with minimum of three years of customer care experience, preferably in a product support call center affiliated with manufacturing 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
