HVAC Install Field Supervisor

A local HVAC contractor is looking for a hardworking, driven HVAC Install Field Supervisor to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future!

The Install Field Supervisor is responsible for working in the field to supervise and assist in the installing, diagnosing and repairing a full array of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning units. Must be familiar with all applicable codes and ensure work is done properly, within allotted timelines and on budget. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers.

Pay: $75,000 - $89,000 plus bonuses for a potential income of up to $100,000

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years experience residential retrofit HVAC installation
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background check
• Capable of training, mentoring and motivating a team
• Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
• Solid communication/verbal skills, ability to work independently and self-motivated
