Corner Market Café Manager
Our Corner Market Café is recruiting Café Managers for our ever-growing brand. Currently we have locations in RI, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The right candidate will…
- Be invested in the success of the cafe, making sure the shop is organized, operations are smooth, staff are thriving and their work is on point.
- Lead excellent customer service, by being a great role model and by coaching staff.
- Be an inspiration, energizing the team to bring their best to the art of coffee.
- Engender teamwork and respect. Maintain positive relationships with all team members.
- Have Management experience (2+ year)
- Have Barista experience (2+ year)
- Have a great personality: friendly, helpful, caring and service oriented.
- Work closely with store manager to accomplish leadership goals.
- Track inventory: Perform ordering duties, keep store stocked, and avoid waste and loss.
- Control and Delegate: Make sure all rules are followed and workflow is smooth.
- Training oversight: Aid in overseeing all training and provide guidance.
- Customer experience: Possess OUTSTANDING customer service skills, inspiring staff to do the same.
- Maintain and surpass our high quality standards at all times, supervising staff to make sure product quality is unsurpassed and customer service is the very best.
- Be dedicated and 100% reliable. Be committed to all policies and the future of the business. Demonstrate a desire to stay and grow with a great company.
- Be quick: at making decisions and delivering excellent quality drinks, food and service.
