$23-$27/Hour (Based on Experience), Full-Time

Our client has worked hard to revolutionize the Building Controls and Management Solutions industry through years of experience, and they want you to join their team as an Inside Sales Associate.

Your day-to-day as an Inside Sales Associate:

• Coordinate communication among service coordinators, technicians, and customers
• Research, estimate costs, and order parts for work orders and proposals
• Maintain accurate customer account details and service site information
• Support field technicians and service sales efforts
• Manage inventory levels for service vans and liaise with suppliers

Your skills and experience:

• HVAC and/or Industrial system knowledge is required , BAS Control knowledge is preferred
• Previous supplier experience is a plus!
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Highly organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills
• Computer Savvy - Strong data entry and PC skills
