Job description
We are seeking an administrative Assistant. This candidate should be great on the phone, experienced and a serious multi-tasker. Primary responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service, perform general administrative duties, coordinate crew and job schedules, keeping accounts receivables up to date, tracking all equipment and keeping log of equipment inventory, Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, Very self-motivated and goal-oriented, Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software.
Minimum of HSD/GED preferred.
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Must be able to work 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
