Position: Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain

Location: Remote (with occasional travel)

Summary:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving strategic business analysis services to our valued partners. Your main goal? Collaborating closely with our team to deeply understand our business strategy, processes, and services. Your insights will fuel the development and implementation of cutting-edge distribution and logistics systems, working hand-in-hand with vendors and internal IT groups.

Key Responsibilities:

Dive deep into our business processes, identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks.
Lead and participate in projects of various sizes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.
Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and map out customer journeys to drive continuous improvement.
Design and implement new operational processes to meet our key business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create functional specifications and enhance system functionality and reliability.
Manage project plans and schedules, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Develop business process guides and manage user acceptance testing processes.
Analyze data trends and communicate findings to management, driving informed decision-making.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system support of business applications, with at least 3 years of experience in warehouse management systems.
Strong proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

Remote position with occasional travel.
